Hans Nicolai Andersen was born in November 1st 1974 in Hillerød.

He has been a Representative on labour market since 2013, a spokesperson on disabled persons 2011-2013, the Vice-chairman of the Health and Prevention Committee from 2011, a Member of the Social Affairs Committee, the Fiscal Affairs Committee and the Employment Committee from 2011
Education[edit]
He has an MSc in business administration and auditing from Copenhagen Business School 1997-2000. He completed his BSc inbusiness economics from Copenhagen Business School between 1994 and 1997.

Hans Nicolai Andersen was Chairperson of the Young Liberals at Slangerup 1992- 1999, a Member of Slangerup Town Council 1994-2000 and subsequently the first Deputy Mayor 1998-2000. He was a Member of Frederiksborg County Council from 1998, a chairperson of the Social Services Committee 2002-2006, a Chairman of Frederiksborg Linnedservice A/S Chairperson of the Preventive Council in Frederiksborg County 2002-2006, Chairperson of the social policy committee of the Liberal Party's national organisation 2004-2006, a Member of Helsingør Town Council 2006- 2013, a chairperson of the Occupational and Labour Market Committee and a member of the Children and Young People Committee
