Jarosław Pięta

Jarosław Pięta was born on the 27th December 1964 in Sosnowiec, Poland. He is a Polish politician, an official of the local government and a member of Parliament (VI and Vii cadency).

Political Career[edit]

In the parliamentary elections in 2007, he won a parliamentary seat as a candidate in the district of Sosnowiec. In the local elections in 2010, he ran for the position of President of Sosnowiec. In the elections to the Parliament in 2011, he successfully ran for re-election. In the Parliament in the seventh term he was a member of the State Control Committee, the Committee on European Union Affairs and the Chairman of the Subcommittee constant for the amendment of the criminal law.

Education[edit]

He graduated in law from the University of Silesia, he then completed his judicial and legal training.
