Margareta Cederfelt

Margareta Cederfelt was born on the 19th of December 1959 in Sweden. She is a member of the swedish parliament representing the Moderate Party.

Political Career[edit]

Margareta Cederfelt started her political career within the City Council of Stockholm. She was a member of the City Council 1994-1999 and 2002-2006. She was first elected member of parliament in 2000-2002 and again in 2014. Between these years she has been a replacement in the parliament for example Fredrik Reinfelt when he became Prime Minister. Margareta Cederfelt has therefore been a replacement member of parliament first in 1999-2000 and also 2006-2014. Since 2006 she has been a deputy in the Committee on Europan Union Affairs. 2006-2008 Cederfelt was a member of the Committee on Traffic. She was a deputy in the Committe on Constitution in 2007-2010. Since the elections in 2014 she is a member of the Committte on Foreign Affairs.

Education[edit]

Margareta Cederfelt has a Nursing-degree from Sophiahemmet in Stockholm 1982. She also has a MA in Social Studies from University of Uppsala in 1994.
