Nikolaos Tagaras
Nikolaos Tagaras was born in Chiliomodi Korinthias in 1956. He is a Greek politician and Civil Engineer.
Political Career[edit]
He was elected MP for the prefecture of Korinthias in the Parliamentary Elections on the 6th of May 2012 and reelected on the 17th of June 2012.
Education Career[edit]
He is a graduate from the School of Civil Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens.
Notable Work[edit]
After graduating from university (1979), he served his military service in the airforce. Since 1981 he has been working as a civil engineer. He has been involved for many years with Local Government. Specifically, he was elected president of Chiliomodi 1987 – 1994), mayor of Tenea (1999 – 2002) and prefect of Korinthias (2003 – 2012). All these years, he has served as a member of local and national organizations, interest groups and collective actions.
