Olga Gerovasili
Olga Gerovasili was born in Arta in 1961. She is a Greek politician and Doctor.
Political Career[edit]
She was elected MP with SYRIZA, in the elections of May 6, 2012 and was reelected in the elections of June 17, 2012.

She studied medicine at the University of Athens.
Notable Work[edit]
Since she finished studying at the University, she has been actively involved in trade union, political and social struggles. From 1997 to 2003 she served as Secretary of the Medical Society of Arta, and from 2003 to 2005 she was Secretary of the Medical Association of Arta. In the parliamentary elections of 2000 she was nominated as a member of Arta Prefecture, and on the ballot Coalition in the 2004 elections she was an MEP candidate on the ballot "Women for another Europe". In the municipal elections of 1998 she was elected City Councillor for Artaion as part of the 'Citizens Movement'. From 1998 to 2002 she was a member of the Board Development Agency of the City (D.E.A.D.A.) and vice president of the Municipal Committee. In the municipal elections of 2006 and 2010 she was nominated Mayor Arta, head of "PRIMARY CHANGE" and until the election on May 6 on the ballot SYRIZA-CCL she was elected head of the municipal group and vice president of the Economic Committee of the Municipality. She was State of Board for the FO.D.S.A. 3 Epirus Region Administrative Unit and a member of FTI Epirus.
